Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from J & C Creations. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.
If, when your goods arrive they are defect or damaged, please email us within fourteen days of receipt of your order. We will contact you with a returns number and request you to return the goods to us by recorded post (unless otherwise specified). We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods at our warehouse. Please do not return items without contacting us for a returns number. Any shortages or discrepancies should be notified to us by email or telephone within seven days of receipt of your order, to confirm if you wish to receive the missing items or receive a refund.

In the unlikely event one of our furniture, mobile storage units or cubes arrives defect or damaged we will arrange for collection of the whole item (or damaged part). Once returned to us we will assess the item and if we find the damage has occurred during transit or as a result of a problem during manufacture we will provide a replacement product. This will then be returned to you at no additional cost.

If you have ordered the wrong products or simply changed your mind, you can return goods to us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods, by contacting us for a returns number. The products must be returned unused, unassembled and in its original packaging, suitable for re-sale. Please ensure they are correctly packaged to make certain they will not be damaged in transit. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage but please obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail which can used to make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for the goods until safe receipt at our warehouse. If you wish to return an item that was delivered to you by courier, we can arrange for the return of the item of the item for you, we will then deduct the relevant charge from the refund.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, and the items have been returned to us in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item/items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for returned items will be made by the original method of payment. Refunds will be made for the goods (excluding delivery charge) within 15 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
